If you need to cancel the order, please contact the after-sales team to help you cancel the order if the order has not been shipped.
What conditions must be met for a return to be accepted?
- At The Shini Orthopedic, our guarantee assures you that if you are unsatisfied with your order, simply inform us within 14 days, and we will provide you with a hassle-free refund.
- Please return the purchased item(s) to us in their original condition, and we will proceed with issuing a full refund. Kindly note that any return costs incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer.
- Cancellation of orders in transit is not possible, and refunds cannot be credited until the item has been returned to us and thoroughly inspected.
- Declining delivery does not guarantee a full refund. To ensure a full refund, please accept the delivery and reach out to our support team for the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and return instructions.

What steps should I take if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive a defective unit, or an incorrect product, or are dissatisfied with your order, please contact our customer support team through our Contact Us page to initiate the return process.
When reaching out, kindly provide the following details:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Video or photo evidence of the defective product (if applicable)
- Complete delivery address
- Contact number
In certain cases, submitting video or photo evidence of the defective product may be required to facilitate the refund or replacement process.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
